NOW HIRING FACILITATOR / GROUP COUNSELLOR

Location: Moncton, NB (remote not available / in-person only)
Contract: Part-time contract position (1-2 evenings per week / 12-week blocks)
Language: English required
Education: MA Counselling/Psychology, or Social Work (or equivalent)
Membership: Membership or Licensing in a professional association or college is a strong asset.

Candidates must possess:
 High degree of professionalism and ethical decision-making
 Excellent organizational and communication skills
 Team-oriented
 Conflict resolution skills
 High degree of personal integrity
 Commitment to on-going learning/training
 Knowledge and sensitivity to issues related to intimate partner violence
 Group facilitation experience

Successful applicant must:

 Submit a negative criminal record, vulnerable sector, and  Department of Social
Development checks.
 May be required to engage in and successfully complete a 3-month training period where free supervision is provided
